Frequently Asked Questions

Where is Organic Climbing gear made?

All of our hard goods are built in our workshop in the mountains of Central Pennsylvania. For clothing and a few specialty items, we work with partners who specialize in the specific item (Ie Brushes, Hats, etc)

How long does a made-to-order piece take?

Every color-customizable item is made to order. Standard orders are cut and sewn in 3 to 5 business days from payment (we work a four-day week, Monday through Thursday). Full custom designs are a bit more involved labor wise. As each custom design is unique in its production needs, we confirm the timeline during your initial quote.

How does the custom color process work?

You select background and accent colors, and we build your piece one of a kind by recycling our cutting-room scraps in those colors. That means no two pieces look exactly alike. Exact layouts can't be guaranteed without a custom design quote.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide every day, and we also have distributors in many parts of the world. You can see estimated shipping on the payments page of the cart before paying. Some countries charge import duties or taxes on delivery, and those are collected locally rather than included in our shipping price. Please use our store locator to find a distributor in your area.

Can I get replacement parts for my crash pad?

Yes. We sell replacement foam, metal and plastic buckles, and shoulder straps so your pad can be repaired in the field and last for many years instead of being replaced. Please find replacement parts here.

Can I visit the workshop?

We're happy to show customers around and you can pick up orders in person. Just note it in your order and we'll arrange a time. Visits are by appointment only, since we're a working sewing shop rather than a retail store.
